* Important: Please consider the following:

  • Windows Server 2003 Web Edition is not available as an R2 release.
  • The
    Enterprise and Datacenter editions of Windows Server 2003 with Service
    Pack 1 for Itanium-based systems cannot be successfully installed on
    32-bit systems.
  • Windows Server 2003 may not use multiple
    processors with some Intel Pentium Pro or Pentium II processors. For
    more information, please see Knowledge Base article Q319091, Windows
    Server 2003 May Not Use Multiple Processors with Some Pentium Pro or
    Pentium II Processors.
